The Victorian Therapeutics Advisory Group is proud to support the Institute of Safe Medication Practices (ISMP) Medication Safety Intensive Program on Monday 6th and Tuesday 7th March 2017 in Melbourne.
This two day interactive workshop will give participants a unique opportunity to learn from internationally recognised experts in the prevention of medication errors. The workshop is specifically designed to support health professionals maximise their effectiveness in meeting today’s medication safety challenges and it is the first time ISMP have offered this course in Australia.
VicTAG are pleased to offer subsidised registration for member hospitals and encourage prompt registration as places are limited.
